Participation Terms

By registering for an event, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Participation Terms.

1. Participation at Own Risk

The participant takes part at their own risk and confirms that they are medically fit to participate in the race or other sporting event.

The participant acknowledges the potential risks associated with sporting activities and accepts all risks related to participation in the event.

2. Organizer's Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for:

• injuries sustained during the event,
• health complications experienced by participants,
• lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings,
• damage resulting from force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Participant Obligations

• comply with the event rules and instructions of the Organizer,
• act responsibly and with due care toward themselves and other participants,
• wear and use the race number as prescribed,
• ensure that the race number remains clearly visible throughout the event, on the front of the body or as otherwise required by the Organizer's rules,
• notify the Organizer in the event of withdrawal,
• provide accurate and truthful information when registering,
• protect the environment and behave responsibly toward nature, other participants and the event area,
• dispose of waste and packaging only at aid stations or designated disposal areas.

4. Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a participant for violating the rules, unsportsmanlike conduct or endangering the safety of other participants or event officials.

A participant may be disqualified if their race number is not visible, if they use another person's race number or otherwise violate the event rules.

Disposing of waste outside designated aid stations, or intentionally damaging or destroying flora, fauna or property along the course, constitutes a serious violation and may result in immediate disqualification.

5. Event Changes

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, course, rules or other elements of the event, as well as to postpone or cancel the event for safety reasons, force majeure or other justified circumstances.

6. Photographs, Video and Results

By registering, the participant consents to photographs, video recordings and event results being publicly published and used for the Organizer's promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. Minor Participants

For participants who are minors, registration and acceptance of these terms must be confirmed by a parent or legal guardian.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the event, the participant is deemed to have read and accepted these Participation Terms.
